Yupia, October 7 : In the death case of 12-year-old Tarh Keke Lele, Superintendent of Police (SP) Taru Gusar has said that the investigation so far points to the child having fallen from the fourth floor of a building.
The SP said eight people have been arrested in connection with the case. However, he stated that the investigation has not yet found any clear evidence or clue to establish that the childโs death was a murder.
As part of the investigation, forensic examination has been conducted and blood samples along with other relevant materials have been sent to a forensic laboratory in Kolkata for further analysis.
According to the SP, the post-mortem examination found a fracture on the left side of the head and internal bleeding. He explained that the bleeding was internal, which is why there was no significant external bleeding.
The police have also shown the post-mortem findings to the family. The SP said the investigation is still underway, and further forensic findings and other evidence will help establish the exact circumstances surrounding the childโs death.
