IQ-EQ 10km race 18/04/25 - Start & Bay View Road

A record field by a huge margin lined up in the rain on Port Erin Promenade for the opening race of the 2025 Isle of Man Easter Festival of Running this evening. The 573 competitors (last years's record was 490) are seen on Bay View Road a few minutes after the start of the race, with a seemingly endless stream of runners going past. The weather may have been miserable but there were lots of happy smiling faces as the colourful train of runners went by.
