It's the random things that make life so special. Such as when you're out at night in Panama City, Panama, and stumble upon marching band and twirler practice. To be fair, I don't know if they actually march, because they weren't practicing marching. But it was definitely the same kind of music. And it makes perfect sense that they were practicing specifically in this location. First off, it is far away from any type of residences where the loud music would bother people. But secondly, there is its setting. At Plaza de las Banderas we get incredible views of the modern skyscraper skyline across the Bay of Panama. We have a green park with a giant Panamanian flag as its centerpiece with a huge sculpture of a bull to complement it. Cool breezes. There was even a full moon.
