Linz at Night in the Rain 🇦🇹 4K Night Drive with Chill Music

Our first night drive. A rainy October evening in Linz, from the dark hills above the city down to the wet, glowing streets, across the Danube, out into the countryside and back up into the fog at Pöstlingberg. The drive starts at the little chapel on the Hohe Straße, high above Linz, and winds down through the woods into Urfahr. It crosses the Nibelungenbrücke, follows the Danube along the Donaulände and then loops through the city centre, where every traffic light and shop sign is mirrored in the wet road. Over the lit arches of the Neue Eisenbahnbrücke it leaves the city on the Freistädter Straße and climbs into the dark country lanes around Altenberg and Oberbairing, with only the headlights and the lights of Linz far below. The way home leads through St. Magdalena and Urfahr and up the Hohe Straße again, straight into thick fog at Pöstlingberg. Real time, no cuts inside the drive. Ein verregneter Oktoberabend in Linz, von den dunklen Hügeln über der Stadt hinunter in die nassen, leuchtenden Straßen, über die Donau, hinaus aufs Land und zurück hinauf in den Nebel am Pöstlingberg. Die Fahrt beginnt bei der kleinen Kapelle an der Hohen Straße und führt durch den Wald hinunter nach Urfahr, über die Nibelungenbrücke, die Donaulände entlang und durch die Innenstadt, wo sich jede Ampel im nassen Asphalt spiegelt. Über die Neue Eisenbahnbrücke geht es hinaus auf die Freistädter Straße und hinauf auf die dunklen Landstraßen bei Altenberg und Oberbairing, tief unten die Lichter von Linz. Zurück über St. Magdalena und Urfahr und die Hohe Straße hinauf, mitten in den dichten Nebel am Pöstlingberg. Echtzeit, keine Schnitte während der Fahrt.
