I actually made these with some boiled kala chana I had kept aside after Ashtami. I looked at a few recipe ideas, took a little inspiration from different ones, and made my own version with ingredients we already had at home. 😊 🌿 In this recipe: Boiled kala chana Ginger-garlic paste Onion Fresh cilantro Cumin Turmeric Red chilli powder Hing Black pepper Salt + pink salt Fresh lemon juice A little ghee for cooking 💡 Quick tip: If your mixture isn’t holding its shape while making the tikkis, add a little besan to help it bind. 🥪 Don’t skip the end!
