I'm obsessed with these ♡ 🩷 Thumbprint Cookies 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar 1 cup (227g) softened butter (salted or unsalted) 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour 1/4 cup (28g) almond flour (you can sub with all-purpose flour) 1/4 tsp salt ♡ Scoop out cookie dough, roll, and make indentations ♡ Freeze for 30 minutes ♡ Bake at 350F (177C) for 9-11 minutes Recipe from Barley and Sage ♡ https://www.barleyandsage.com/lemon-c... 🩷 Pink Lemonade Filling 1 and 1/4 cup (150g) powdered sugar 3 tbsp lemon juice 3 crushed frozen raspberries 📝 Notes ♡ I used a 2.5 tbsp cookie scoop ♡ This recipe should make around 12 cookies ♡ When baking, take them out of the over before the edges start to brown
