Can a Michelin-starred chef really make some of London's best pizza? 🍕🍸 This week, we're in Borough, London, visiting **Spring Street Pizza and its brand-new cocktail bar**, the latest venture from Michelin-starred chef **Tom Kemble**. Having made his name in some of the world's finest kitchens, Tom has turned his attention to New York-style pizza, exceptional Italian-American bar food and some of the most outrageous cocktails we've tried in London. But is his pizza really worthy of a Michelin-starred chef? And could his incredible new bar menu be even better than the pizzas themselves? We settle in for an extraordinary feast, featuring: 🍕 *New York-style pizzas:* Pepperoni with hot honey, and spicy 'nduja with guindilla salsa and fresh basil. 🍸 *Extraordinary cocktails:* Ice-cold tomato and basil martinis, blue cheese martinis and an 'nduja fat-washed mezcal margarita. 🦪 *Oysters:* Fresh rock oysters with a seaweed and jalapeño hot sauce. 🐟 *Seafood crudo:* Cornish bluefin tuna with colatura and Gordal olives, plus sea bream with Sicilian pistachios, chilli and capers. 🥓 *Gnocco fritto:* Pillows of fried dough with Culatello, stracciatella and balsamic. 🥪 *Mortadella sliders:* Crispy mortadella, melted scamorza, dijonnaise and pickled jalapeños.
