When Travel Makes You Far Away

This week we travel the Kakheti region of Georgia, seeing Gremi Fortress, the towns of Telavi and Sighnaghi and the resort lake at Iila. As we travel and explore we receive devastating news that my sister has suffered a medical emergency and will not survive. This tragedy puts in stark relief the things long term travel takes from you, despite the bounty that it can often offer. This week is a bit of a different video, but it's my tribute to an amazing woman. I love her.
