Kevin O’Sullivan and Robert Bates, research director at the Centre for Migration Control, have condemned an immigration tribunal ruling reportedly allowing a convicted rapist to remain in Britain. The pair discussed the case of Hendrix Ekhwin, who reportedly challenged his deportation under human-rights law after being convicted of raping a woman who was intoxicated and unconscious.
