In this video, we revisit a garden in Koodapakkam near Chennai, where 21 mango varieties and several exotic fruit plants were planted in January 2026. The garden owner, an experienced farmer who previously managed 20 acres of land, shares his actual experience growing exotic fruit plants supplied by Greenland Nursery. Out of 21 mango plants, 11 produced fruits. The garden also produced fruits from several other varieties, including Black Surinam Cherry, Mulberry, Miracle Fruit, Star Fruit, Longan, and Cheddar Berry. One interesting observation is that Star Fruit continued producing fruits across the year, while Water Apple produced in seasonal cycles.
