You're So Busy Surviving That You're Forgetting to Live

Sometimes the very things that helped us survive are the very things we have to learn to let go of in order to actually LIVE. 💗 Being the strong one, doing everything for everybody, never asking for help, and constantly pushing through exhaustion. But at what point do we stop surviving and actually start enjoying our lives? In this video, I'm sharing a story that made me reflect on how easily we can spend our entire lives just trying to get through each day. I'm also sharing how my journey with femininity and softness has helped me recognize my limits, slow down, and realize that just because I CAN endure something doesn't mean I HAVE to. We can be grateful for the women we had to become to survive without remaining those women forever. What got you here might not get you where you're going.
