Is the math mathing? It’s easy to start climbing without ever asking whether the ladder we chose is actually capable of reaching the destination we want. In this episode, I’m thinking about working backward from the life you actually want. How much does it cost? How much time do you want to work? What experiences do you want for your family? What impact do you want to make? And most importantly: does the job, business, investment or vehicle you’re pursuing actually have the infrastructure and upside required to produce that outcome? Consistency matters. But consistency and strategy are different muscles. First, learn to move. Then make sure the direction and the vehicle can actually take you where you’re trying to go.
