Come

COME – Inspired By Matthew 14:22-33 VERSE 1 I heard You call my name, across the water in the dark I wasn't sure I was ready, so I stayed right where I was I've been here long enough, to know when You are near But something about this time, felt bigger than my fear And something in that sound Was pulling me past everything I'd known CHORUS Come... I am already where I'm calling you Come... You won't arrive somewhere I haven't been Come... The water holds because I say it holds You were never going to do this alone...Come VERSE 2 I know the way fear sounds It gets loud when you get quiet It tells me what I heard, was nothing more than wind But here You are again Same voice, same word, same patience Waiting at the edge of everything Just saying Come BRIDGE You think the dark means I was gone You think the silence means I've left Every time you couldn't find me I was standing right next to you Holding what was underneath your feet Before you even stepped FINAL CHORUS Come... I am already where I'm calling you Come... You won't arrive somewhere I haven't been Come... The water holds because I say it holds You were never going to do this alone I have never once left you alone OUTRO Come... Just come I am here I have always been here Just come Original lyrics by Trish Tipton Tried & True Worship Explore more worship songs and faith resources: https://trishstriedandtrue.com/faith-...
