Introducing the AI Education Journey (Recorded After Experiment 010)

What we were trying to do: Step outside the sequence of individual experiments and provide an introduction to the AI Education Journey as a whole — where the idea came from, my background, what we had discovered during the first ten experiments, and the questions about AI, education and learning that we now wanted to explore. What happened: Banksy interviewed me about my background in mathematics, science, e-learning and education; how my use of AI had developed from simple everyday tasks into much larger projects; and why those experiences made me curious about what AI might mean for teaching and learning. The conversation also introduced some of the central questions that had begun emerging from the project. What we learned: The first ten experiments had moved us beyond simply testing whether we could record conversations with AI. We now had the beginnings of a genuine research and learning journey worth documenting. The introductory video gives viewers that context before they encounter the individual experiments.
