Let's take a look at Bellevue, Washington together. This might not be the most agreed take on Bellevue. This is not an American city. Sure, there are American companies, Universities, and English, but that is not the feel. There are electric cars exclusively. Billionaire neighborhoods. Luxury sky rises, 40+ stories tall. And the main factor, lots and lots of asians. For these reasons, Bellevue feels more like a mega Chinese city than an American one. I mean, There is a house in Medina (Bill Gate's neighborhood) that has a T-rex skeleton. A T-REX SKELETON!!! Every shop is boba tea or some cheeky asian food with a kanji sign. Lot's a different languages are being spoken. It's nuts. It's different. It's China. We are 800 Billion dollars in debt to china so, giving them a city is the least we could do to make a small dent in our debt (with interest).
