Here was the monthly siren test of Independence, Ohio's outdoor warning system. Typically, tests of the sirens occur on the first Saturday of each month at noon. This Model 2, situated atop the city's historic hall, comprises Independence's outdoor warning system along with a mixture of Thunderbolts, Model 7Ts, and a Model 7.
