New court records reveal why warrants were served at the Siders home in Hamden, Ohio — and the gap between documents and official statements is bigger than it looks. On June 30, 2026, search warrants were executed at a home on Ohmer Street in Hamden, Ohio, tied to Gary Siders Jr. Court records obtained by WSAZ show a misdemeanor arrest warrant was issued that same day for four counts of public indecency dated May 23, 27, 29, and 31, 2026. Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson says a second warrant, to collect Siders Jr.'s DNA, was also served that morning — but that warrant itself has not been published. When deputies from Vinton County Sheriff Ryan Cain's office and agents from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrived, they found sixteen children, ranging from about eighteen months to eighteen years old, living at the residence. Four adults — Gary Siders Sr., Christina Siders, Gary Siders Jr., and Elizabeth Siders — were arrested and charged with child endangering. An August 21 grand jury indictment adds two more layers: a separate December 2025 investigation into Josh Saunders and Brandon Henderson Sr. of South Bloomingville, and a second case against Gary Siders Jr. and Elizabeth Siders involving a minor outside their household, dated to 2022. A family obituary obtained by ABC6 lists Henderson as the Siders couple's brother-in-law — the only public document connecting the two cases. Sheriff Cain says Dollar General clerks first alerted authorities after noticing the children, though no dispatch record confirms this. This video sorts every claim in the Siders case into three categories: what court documents actually state, what officials have said aloud without paperwork to back it, and what has been speculated online with no source at all. All defendants have pleaded not guilty and are presumed innocent. Watch to the end and tell us in the comments: of the five exhibits in this case, which one do you most want to see the actual document for? #truecrime #siderscase #ohiocourtrecords
