Trying Abacha (African Salad) for the first time with Uju (Intentional joyful Mama)

I ate Abacha for the first time, as a Yoruba girl, I have seen it so many times but never tried it. Uju showed me how to make Abacha the authentic way and I was so impressed by the method and definitely the culture behind it. I didn't expect to like it, but it wasn't bad at all.
