THE ROAD TO LA MARMOTTE - TRAINING

In this video we (@marlyv.cc and @maartendebeer) will take you with us during one of our training weeks. We work with a training schedule based on periodization and this week is our 3rd week. This is usually the week with the highest load and most hours in the saddle. We ended this block with two days of climbing in Limburg.
