SONG Beauty For Ashes

Beauty for Ashes is a song of enduring faith, restoration, and the keeping power of God, inspired by Isaiah 61:3. There are seasons when the fire seems to burn all around us... taking, subtracting, reducing, and leaving behind things we never expected to lose. Yet when our lives are rooted in the Father, the fire does not have the final word. We may be changed by what we endure, but we are not destroyed. God keeps us through it all. This song celebrates the God who meets us in the aftermath. The Lily of the Valley and the Bright and Morning Star lovingly attends to every wounded place in who we are. He takes the battered and the broken, the torn and tired soul, and does what only He can do: He turns our ashes into beauty. He restores us. He makes us whole. Isaiah 61:3 declares that God gives beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. “Beauty for Ashes” is my musical testimony that what the fire leaves behind is still safe in the hands of the Father. The fire may have taken something. The journey may have cost something. But if God kept you through it, there is still purpose in what remains. And sometimes the greatest testimony is simply this: “I survived because He kept me. I endured because He stayed.” May this song encourage anyone who is walking through loss, transition, weariness, disappointment, or rebuilding. Your ashes are not the end of your story. Give them to God, and watch what He creates. If this song speaks to you, share it with someone who needs to be reminded that God still restores. #BeautyForAshes #6Isaiah13 #GospelMusic #ChristianMusic #WorshipMusic #Faith #Restoration #Healing #GodKeepsMe #JoyForMourning #GarmentOfPraise #LadyAngeliaWrites #LadyAngeliaEnterprise #LAE
