Where Is the Lamb? | Scripture Threads — The Lamb of God from Genesis to Revelation (KJV Bible Hymn)

"Where is the Lamb?" traces one of Scripture’s great recurring threads from Isaac’s question on Mount Moriah, through the Passover lamb and Isaiah’s prophecy, to John the Baptist’s cry, “Behold the Lamb of God,” and finally to the Lamb at the center of Revelation. This installment of Scripture Threads follows a single image through verses across the Bible, allowing Scripture itself to answer the question first asked in Genesis: “Behold the fire and the wood: but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?” The chorus pairs Anne Ross Cousin’s “The Lamb is all the glory of Immanuel’s land” with Spurgeon’s exhortation that man’s only business is to cry, “Behold the Lamb.” The visual story follows this thread beyond the individual Bible scenes as well.
