I'm a Specialist Psychologist (Exercise, Eating & Weight) helping people move away from the diet mentality & manage their weight long-term.
Reasons for self-sabotaging weight loss are often linked to underlying psychological factors. These include all or nothing thinking, fear of failure, fear of success, lack of motivation, lack of belief and ingrained beliefs about food. This video outlines how each of these psychological factors leads people to self-sabotage their weight loss.
