The semiSerious Foodies prepare Filet American, popular in Belgium and The Netherlands. It is a variation on a steak tartar: raw beef with spices. With Filet American there's mustard and mayonnaise as well. First experience by Foodie Philip on his first trip to Amsterdam in 2013.
