Blueberry Pancake Sausage Breakfast Bake Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose flour 1 TB baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 cup milk 1 TB melted butter 1 cup blueberries 1 TB flour 8oz cooked and crumbled sausage Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 2 QT casserole dish with cooking spray. Coat blueberries in 1 TB flour and set aside. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Pour into prepared dish and bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve with maple syrup!
