A Brutally Honest Review Of 10 Things I Hate About You

Julia Stiles just brought almost the entire cast onto Dancing With The Stars for a Heath Ledger tribute that left us in pieces, so we’re finally doing the review you’ve been begging for. We unpack why that dedication was a celebration, not a cash grab, then dive into a rewatch that has us questioning everything we once found romantic. Paid dates, bribed bandleaders and a suspiciously timed pay bump right before the bleachers serenade. Plus, the most quotable lines in teen movie history, from “whelmed” to the pregnancy suit to the live duck rumour, and the real story behind the poem scene that wasn’t meant to make Julia cry. It’s swoony, it’s nostalgic and it’s a little bit problematic. Whether you saw it in 1999 or found it on TikTok, you’ll want to rewatch it this weekend.
