Hello again folks, more touhou hacks and it's a hack of a neat konami puzzle platformer. From Moai-kun to Keine-san!
Keep it short, base game has you play as moai-kun while saving these things called Pucchi's and beating some moai themed enemies. Keine-san just swaps all the enemies with touhou characters of course, the pucchis are now small rabbits.
On to the game, controls are fine and the gameplay mechanics are pretty simple.
You push A to jump and B to bash blocks with Keine's amazing head. There's also bomb power ups and I find it really funny how the bombs have been swapped out for Mokou. The springs have been swapped with kaguya (or a fumo kaguya), and the stone thing that you bash in the base game has been swapped for Tenshi. If you bash tenshi it causes all the enemies to fall or get turned over their heads.
Pretty simple controls and mechanics but the real challenge here isn't the enemies, it's determining which blocks to destroy and move. One small slip up in the later levels can force the player to just redo the entire stage, luckily there's a redo/suicide button if you mess up, and it's the select button.
The biggest gripe I have with this game is the jumping, you have to be at the edge of the platform you're on when you do jumps or else you fall on some spikes or are unable to progress because you're jump can't reach that high (1st stage already shows this issue.)
It's got 56 stages, the environment and enemies change whenever you reach the later levels. Not much else to say really, it's a fun but challenging game of trial and error. I'd love to do a no death run on this but I can't bring myself to keep revisiting 56 levels.
