Hunting the elusive Winter chanterelle, and cooking a tasty wild edible foraged forest frittata with a few simple ingredients in the beautiful nature saturated Clare Glens in county Limerick. 🌳🍄 The world of Fungi is a fantastically interesting, beautiful, diverse and mysterious universe that I highly recommend people to explore but please note if you are going to go foraging any wild edibles please be very sure of what you pick and consume, particularly mushrooms if you get the identification wrong they at best will be a terrible tasting un-digestible lookalike to an edible variety and worst case scenario can lead to death. I would advise anyone with an interest in mushrooms to take a course in identifying them or go out with a competent and knowledgeable person that can show the little details that may prevent sickness or death.
