BOONDI LADDU
Boondi laddu is a popular Indian sweet or dessert made from small, deep-fried, spherical-shaped droplets of gram flour batter called "boondi." These boondis are then coated with a sweet syrup made from sugar and flavored with cardamom, saffron, and sometimes garnished with chopped nuts like almonds, cashews, and pistachios.
