How I'm Trying to Hit 4,000 Watch Hours in 5 Months | Here's My Plan!

Youtube monetization and grabbing those watch hours is an ambitious goal, but I've set myself off on this quest and I'm hoping you'll come along for the journey. I want to turn this channel into an actual source of income — not by turning my entire life into content, and not by creating some completely separate side hustle, but by figuring out how I can build something around the things I already enjoy doing. In February, YouTube's rules are changing, which gives me about five months to see if I can get this channel to where I want it to be. So this is the beginning of an experiment: I'm going to document what I'm starting with, what I think I need to accomplish, the tools I'm going to use, the problems I expect to run into, and how I'm going to hold myself accountable. Maybe I'll prove that I can turn the things I already enjoy into a meaningful income stream. Or maybe I'll learn that the idea doesn't work the way I thought it would. Either way, I'm giving myself until February to find out.
