Sometimes, asking “Are you okay?” is just the beginning. But what happens when someone says “I’m fine” while silently struggling? 💭
Mental health challenges and emotional distress don't always show up in obvious ways. A colleague may become quieter, withdraw from conversations, seem unusually stressed, or behave differently than usual. Recognizing these changes and responding with empathy can help create a more supportive workplace.
Join Plum Wellness for an interactive session with Ms. Riya Singhal, psychologist and mental health facilitator, to understand how emotional distress may show up at work and learn practical ways to support someone who might be struggling.
