Mother's Diet is my mother-in-laws recipe for nursing moms. In the Philippines, we used the leaves of horseradish tree (malungay) which was very nutritious and very good for nursing moms. Due to scarcity of malungay here in Australia, we have used different vegetable and the taste is truly amazing. It's easy to prepare and one of my family's favourite!
