WPM PRIMUS Pour-Over Profile for Patchy ❤️

I tried a pour-over coffee extraction using the PRIMUS espresso machine. A special thanks goes out to my very good friend on Discord, Javier, who kindly 'chopped-up' the first three individual extraction stages on my behalf for the intro. Hey Javier, if you're watching, you're awesome. Thanks again Champ! A few things I learned; 1. Don't use a 25g basket as I think the headspace is too much. A 19g or 20g basket is good. 2. No need for a puck screen - the paper filters top and bottom are more than sufficient. 3. Better alignment of my jug will ensure that I don't need to move it to dispense hot water. 4. Aeration (whilst optional) certainly enhances clarity and flavours. This was particularly evident at stage 3 of the extraction when it was gently cycling to the beat of the music 😁 The puck screen added unnecessary resistance and didn't help the percolation.
