If fasting, dieting, exercise, or the habits that worked in your 20s and 30s suddenly feel different after 40, this video is for you.
Many women over 40 notice changes in energy, sleep, cravings, appetite, digestion, weight distribution, hormones, and how their bodies respond to intermittent fasting. The answer is not always to eat less, fast longer, or exercise harder.
In this video, I talk about a more responsive approach to wellness after 40: learning to recognize the information your body is giving you and adjusting your fasting, nourishment, movement, stress, sleep, and recovery accordingly.

Why Your Body May Feel Different After 40
Maybe you’re eating well, exercising, fasting, cutting carbohydrates, watching calories, or trying to be more disciplined — but your body doesn’t seem to respond the way it once did.
That can be frustrating.
But instead of asking:
“How much harder do I need to try?”
I encourage women to start asking:
“What information is my body giving me, and how can I respond to it?”
Your energy is information.
Your hunger is information.
Your sleep is information.
Your digestion is information.
Your cravings are information.
Your recovery is information.
The goal is not perfection. It is learning to notice patterns and make simple, sustainable changes that support the body you have now.
