Write It, Send It

WRITE IT, SEND IT [Verse 1] Morning light falls softly on the paper by my hand, I pause before the day begins and write what hope can stand. Though heavy doors may close and walls may block the way, A kind and thoughtful letter can still reach someone today. [Pre-Chorus] I choose my words with care and leave a little room, A line of comfort, gently offered, like a flower coming through. [Chorus] Write it, send it, let the good news travel far, A little note can point a heart toward where the answers are. Share the free Bible lessons, let each person take their time, At jw.org, a treasury of truth is there to find. Keep it brief and warm and true, let kindness lead the way, Jehovah can make fruitful what we lovingly convey. [Verse 2] For someone feeling lonely, for a family grieving loss, A friendly introduction says, “I’m thinking of you, friend.” Ask a gentle question, offer something good to read, Then share the place online where they can learn at their own speed. [Pre-Chorus] No need to press or hurry, just an open hand, A quiet invitation and a hope they understand. [Bridge] We may not see the harvest, may not know what took root, But morning work and evening work can both bear living fruit. Sow with care, then leave the growing in Jehovah’s faithful hands, A note can cross a threshold and reach farther than we planned. [Final Chorus] Write it, send it, let the good news travel far, A little note can point a heart toward where the answers are. Share the free Bible lessons, let each person take their time, At jw.org, a treasury of truth is there to find. Love builds up; we write with joy and kindness leads the way, Jehovah can make fruitful what we lovingly convey. [Outro] One more letter, one more prayer, A word of hope for someone there. With patient hearts and kindness shown, We send the seed and trust it’s grown.
