From a written specification to 25 printable parts in eight messages. This tutorial shows what to write to Kozorosa's assistant so it gets each step right the first time: turn the specification into a brief with numbers, one message per step, the method and the part names, a check value, "apply directly", and the view to finish on. It also shows what to do when the AI provider returns an error: ask it to carry on. The drone: twin-motor fixed wing with a V-tail, removable wings and an interchangeable nose. Span 1 340 mm, length 990 mm, Eppler E205 wing (chord 255 to 140.5 mm), V-tail at 115° (NACA 0009), high wing on straight carbon spars, nine standard carbon tubes cut to length, every part within 240 mm for a 256 mm printer. LW-PLA for the shells, PETG for the mounts and trays. The assistant checks its own work: 0 interferences, 1.49 kg modelled (target 1.95 kg), centre of gravity at 28 % of the mean aerodynamic chord, 25 of 25 parts fit the printer. 0:00 Six rules 0:13 From the specification to the brief 0:38 Step 1: Set-up and wing 1:31 Step 2: Fuselage 2:16 Step 3: V-tail 2:57 Step 4: Carbon structure 3:42 Step 5: Propulsion and avionics 4:29 Step 6: Control surfaces 5:12 Step 7: Checks 5:57 Step 8: Presentation 7:08 Result About this video An independent design. The drone was designed from scratch in Kozorosa from a written specification; it is not a copy or a remix of any existing kit or model, and no third-party design files were used. The carbon tubes are standard commercial sizes, cut to length. Airfoils: the Eppler E205 coordinates come from the UIUC Airfoil Coordinates Database (UIUC Applied Aerodynamics Group, https://m-selig.ae.illinois.edu/ads/c... the NACA 0009 tail section is computed from the public NACA 4-digit formula. Equipment names (T-Motor F90, SpeedyBee F405 Wing, Matek M10Q and R24-D, EMAX ES08 MA II, Bambu Lab) only describe the parts the model is sized for, as simplified placeholders. They belong to their owners; Kozorosa is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Check the dimensions and mounting holes on each manufacturer's datasheet. Not a flight qualification. The model is a design study: the layout follows classic, proven model-aircraft practice, and no aerodynamic or structural analysis was run. Before any flight: print test coupons, check the fits, test thrust, ESC temperature and control throws on the bench, weigh the aircraft and check its balance, and follow your local drone rules (registration, pilot training, flight category for a drone of about 1.6 to 2 kg).
