If the Sun vanished right now, how long would it take Earth to notice? You'd keep seeing sunlight for a while, because light needs time to reach us. But what about gravity? Would Earth fly off its orbit at once, or would it keep circling an empty point in space for a while? Isaac Newton himself was bothered by this question. His law of gravity worked perfectly, but it seemed to act instantly across empty space, and he called that idea an absurdity. More than a century later, some scientists argued that gravity had to be millions of times faster than light. The real answer took more than three hundred years to confirm. It needed a new picture of space and time, and some of the most sensitive instruments ever built. In this video, we follow that search from Newton's doubts to the day a faint signal from deep space settled the question. And the answer shows that light and gravity are more closely related than you'd ever guess. Let's find out why. #Gravity #SpeedOfLight #GravitationalWaves #Physics #ScienceExplained
