Why Tom Brady LEFT His Own Raiders Out Of His Top 10, But Put The Patriots IN

Tom Brady left his own Las Vegas Raiders out of his top 10 this week, then found room for the New England Patriots, the team that had just beaten them 45 to 17. Why would a Raiders owner leave his team out of the latest Tom Brady power rankings on Fox when four other teams with the exact same 3-2 record made the cut? We dig into every layer of that decision, starting with the two jobs Brady juggles as Fox’s lead NFL analyst and a minority owner in Las Vegas. Then it gets stranger, from the Buffalo Bills landing at number four right before they visit the Raiders, to the Sam Darnold comment that drew fire, to the criticism coming at Brady from both directions. Every option seems to make him look bad, until you go back to something Brady said before this season even started, a line that changes how you read the entire list. We also look at what it means for Fernando Mendoza, Kirk Cousins and a Raiders team that faces the Bills this Sunday. If you were Brady, would you have put the Raiders in your top 10? #TomBrady #Raiders #NFLPowerRankings
