The whole hour lives on the floor. A reclined figure four held long enough that the hip socket starts talking, with a folded blanket waiting if the shape turns into a fight. An anterior compression you can aim three different ways. A supported bridge over a stack of blankets, held past the point where you'd normally come out. A ball behind the cervical spine at whichever of three heights your neck is actually asking for.
This is an at-home practice for introverts, long holds, refinement over effort, feedback over force.
