In 1972, over afternoon tea in Princeton, Hugh Montgomery described how the zeros of the Riemann zeta function are spaced, and Freeman Dyson recognized the formula from random-matrix theory, math that physicists had developed to model the energy levels of heavy nuclei. Decades of computing later, the statistical match still holds. In August 2026 an AI result built on Montgomery's 1973 paper proved something new about these zeros. But nobody, human or machine, has proved what explains the pattern. We look at the pattern, the hunt for a Hilbert-Pólya operator, and what the AI actually did and didn't do. What would convince you that a pattern this strong has a real cause behind it? Tell me in the comments. #HexaValuation #AI #Math #RiemannHypothesis #QuantumPhysics
