Unwind with a peaceful autumn day in our cottage garden. 🍂✨ Today, we are embracing the slow pace of seasonal living as we tackle some gentle weeding in the cottage garden borders before heading into the kitchen to preserve our recent harvests. Grab a warm drink and join us as we forage for wild blackberries and combine them with sweet apples from our orchard to make a batch of cozy, homemade jam. We also find a delicious solution for our vegetable garden's courgette glut by baking a beautifully spiced courgette cake. As always, we are surrounded by our animal family. Watch out for our ducks, hens, barn cats, and of course, our beloved three-legged rescue pug, Albert, who supervises everything we do!
