Add the milk progressively and slowly until it forms a smooth batter. Separate the yolk and the eggs white, put the folks in the batter and mix them gently. Beat the eggs whites until they form stiff peak. Gently mix the eggs white to the batter. Cook the crepes on a medium heat, flip the crepes when bubbles forms on the surface.
