Episode 19 - Even Those They Worship Are Begging Allah for Mercy | Al-Isra 55-57

𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗛 𝗔𝗟-𝗜𝗦𝗥𝗔 𝟱𝟱–𝟱𝟳 𝗧𝗔𝗙𝗦𝗘𝗘𝗥 | 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣 𝗬𝗢𝗨? | 𝗦𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗛 In this Surah Al-Isra 55–57 Tafseer, we explore powerful lessons about Allah’s complete knowledge, the status of the Prophets, Tawheed, and the importance of turning to Allah ﷻ alone for help. Surah Al-Isra Ayah 55 reminds us that Allah knows everyone in the heavens and the earth and mentions the honor given to different Prophets, including Dawud عليه السلام, to whom Allah gave the Zabur. Ayah 56 makes a powerful declaration of Tawheed: those called upon besides Allah have no power to remove harm or change our condition. Then Ayah 57 gives a profound picture of true devotion: those who are themselves called upon are seeking a way of closeness to their Lord, hoping for His mercy and fearing His punishment.
