multiview-stitcher: image registration and fusion in python and napari | Marvin Albert | October 30th, Virtual I2K 2024 Authors: Marvin Albert, Institut Pasteur Paris Description: Multiview-stitcher is a python toolbox for registering and fusing multi-view / multi-positioning images in 2-3D. In this workshop I'll showcase its use as 1) a napari plugin for interactive stitching of image layers and 2) a modular python API for registering and fusing numpy-like arrays. Also, in case you'd like to interactively participate during the workshop it'll be useful to have a python environment and napari installed.
