Eggless fresh mango cake | Perfect Eggless Vanilla Sponge | Mango cake | Best Bites PERFECT Vanilla Eggless Cake sponge Ingredients:- 165 g maida (all-purpose flour) 13 g corn flour 1¼ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp baking soda 130 g powdered sugar 70 g oil 95 g curd (yogurt) 120 g milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract WHIPPING CREAM 1 cup mango puree 1/2 cup chopped mangoes (as required) for mango puree :- 1/2 cup mangoes +2 tbsp sugar & grind together for mango syrup :- take mango puree 2-3 tbsps + 1/2 cup chilled water & mix them. This recipe should make one 6-inch tall round cake.
