Australian Trains: The Newcastle Flyer with Steam Loco 3801 - Hornsby to Hawkesbury River

Onboard Transport Heritage NSW's "Newcastle Flyer" special hauled by 'The Legend", steam locomotive 3801, solo. This video includes most of the outbound journey between Hornsby and Hawkesbury River, where the train stopped on the Up Passing Loop siding for the loco to take on water. Australian based railfan (Central Coast NSW) sharing my love of trains, train travel and railways / railroads in general.
