LUNCH BBQ CHICKEN QUESADILLA ▶made 4 wraps and 1 wrap is 4sp What you need: 1 1/2 cup chicken, shredded 1 cup great value reduce fat mozzarella cheese 1/3 cup sugar free g hughes original bbq sauce 4 carb counter wraps How to make: Cook and shred your chicken enough for 1 1/2 cup, with the 1/3 cup bbq sauce add half into the bowl of chicken and mix together well. Assemble your quesadilla adding chicken, cheese, and additional sauce. Then cook 2-3 minutes on each side in the skillet. Spraying the sides of the quesadilla each time you flip.
