Solo HEAVY RAIN Camping - (cozy tent setup)

This was a solo backcountry camp with lots and lots of rain, alongside the beautiful Kelly's Creek in the Arthur's Pass National Park. The scenery of the river along the way, the moss covered trees and the steep mountains were breath taking. I loved how cosy this camp was with the protection provide by the tarp overhead. The rain sounds were amazing and did not stop all day and all night. This was my first time camping in this spot and I was delighted to find this little gem just metres from the river but perched high up above it. This was my first time trying out the Fire Maple Orange Lantern, which created a calm and warm glow to sit with around camp.
