Join us on day three of our Dolomites adventure as we leave Rifugio Fanes and tackle one of the most challenging and spectacular legs of the entire trail. Today’s stage takes us past pristine alpine lakes, through the dramatic breach at Forcella del Lago, and up the grueling switchbacks to the historic peak of Monte Lagazuoi, home to an open-air World War I museum and the highest hut on the route.
