THE DOSE FROM THIS VIDEO
Every day: 10 grams of creatine monohydrate, with your protein shake or another drink. Bigger men can take more. It takes about 4 weeks to fill your muscles, so stay consistent.
After a bad night's sleep: an extra 5 to 10 grams, about an hour and a half before you need to be sharp.
A night you're staying up: about a third of a gram per kilo of body weight, roughly 25 grams for a 75 kilo man and 30 grams for a 90 kilo man.
If you have a serious medical condition, ask your doctor before you start.
