Wudang Taichi is one of the traditional Taichi, which was brought up in Wudang mountain in China, the birth place of Taichi. Harmony was valued in this Taoist holy land. We value harmony between mind and body, between people and nature, and between people, and pursue youth throughout our lives. It is said that Taichi was invented by Zhang Samfeng, a taoist, who entered this mountain to undergo training . One day, Zhang Samfeng observed a crane attacking a snake and was greatly inspired by the crane spreading its wings and circling and the snake's defensive tactics. It is said that by watching their movements, he found the principle of softness overpowers hardness, and created Taichi movements. Through training Wudang Taichi 36, we can understand flexibility is stronger than muscle. It moves smoothly like flowing clouds or flowing water. Wudang Taichi 36 is not just the movements but the embodiment of Tao's principle. By abandoning artifice and just being oneself and following the nature, we started to live our own lives. Through practicing Wudang Taichi 36, you will find yourself more. It may open your potentials and wisdom, boost your energy, bringing health and longevity. minmin kung fu Awakening body & mind Mayumi Ishii, Taichi Artist (Taoist name: Jing Hui) HP: https://minminkung-fu.com Blog: http://blog.minminkung-fu.com
